It all began in 1969, when grandfather Eliseu founded the Foundry with great enthusiasm and desire to prosper. The grandfather was a curious man, always interesed on how does things work and with an eye innovations of everything that surrounded him. He was restless and hardworking. These eagerness to learn and to go further entrusted them to their grandson, who called just like him, Eliseu. They always liked mounting and disassembling things, learning and enjoying time together.

Eliseu acquired some values from his grandfather who made him who he is, a person who loves his job and is always looking for new challenges, who constantly wants to improve and experiment new things. In fact, the foundry that the grandfather founded only made industrial parts, the father of Eliseu continued in this line and Eliseu wanted to enter the artistic world, rounding up his knowledge by going to study at 'School of Arts andrynd Crafts of Vic and doing the practices at the Ginfer Reception Foner.

From that moment on until today, we have been lucky enough to work with excellent artists such as Xicu Cabanyes, Manel Oalahí, Bonaventura Ansón, Lluís Vilà, Ció Abellí, Domènec Fita, Gerard Mas or Samuel Salcedo, among others, and work for a building that is so emblematic and world-renowned as La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

One day Eliseu met a passionate person about the foundry world just like him: Xevi Expósito. He is the previous man in charge of the Barberi foundry and he is ringer. As a curious, positive and perseverant professional. Immediately they connected and when the Foundry went to the hands of the Eliseu 3rd generation they decided to head the company together. From here comes the name of Foneria Art Buxadé i Campanes EXSO. They make a perfect team. Both have about twenty years of experience in this artistic world of foundry and great desire to grow and to follow the adventure that one day grandfather Eliseu began. It is the third generation on the Foundry and this title is taken with pride that is deserved and thinking that wherever the grandfather looks at it with he'll definetly give a big smile...

 
In these moments we are collaborating with the schools of Arts and crafts of Catalonia and with the deperment of casting of the University of fine Arts of Barcelona
